Below is ready to use video recording set up.  All you gotta do is.....

1)  There will be a prompt asking if you are camera ready, hit "allow".

2)  Hit the green "record" button to start recording.

3)  Hit the red "stop" button when you are done.

4)  You can review the message by hitting "Play".

5)  To send the message hit "Send Video Message".  Enter your info and presto!  Your video will be sent to NaturalRunningStore.com.

We'll post these videos for you, making sure to give lots of love to your blog, Twitter handle, etc.

**Only the information you share on the recorded video will be public.  All of your personal information is kept private and never ever shared.**
